Terms of Service

Welcome to Reliquery. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reliquery Chrome extension, the Reliquery website at reliquery.app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Paladinmusic Enterprises, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Use the Service to infringe intellectual property, including by mocking up phishing pages or impersonating brands you do not own
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds normal individual usage
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system

2. Account and Configuration

Reliquery does not require an account at install. Some features (Brand Reliquary, paid tiers, Forge API key) require you to provide credentials or configuration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you provide and for all activity under your configured account.

3. Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team) are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Reliquery may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions are honored at the original price until renewal.

4. Forge — Bring Your Own API Key

Forge mode uses your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for all charges, usage limits, and rate limits associated with your Anthropic account. Reliquery is not liable for charges incurred on your Anthropic account through use of Forge.

5. User Content

You retain all rights to content you provide to the Service, including page content extracted for analysis and brand documents loaded from your Brand Reliquary. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not store, share, or train on your content. 6. Third-Party Services

Reliquery integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (for AI inference) and GitHub (for Brand Reliquary repositories). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

7. AI-Generated Output

Analyses and design suggestions produced by Reliquery are generated by AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it for business decisions. The Service is not a substitute for professional legal, branding, or design advice.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELIQUERY AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued operation is no longer commercially viable. Sections 5–9 survive termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website and the extension. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Reliquery's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction.
