Backend reliability
- 35-second API timeout prevents hung analyses
- Brand Reliquary file size capped at 500 KB per file; file count capped at 20 files
- Concurrent request throttling prevents duplicate analysis charges
- Input token estimation trims brand context automatically if payload exceeds safe limits

Permissions overhaul
